Terms

This website describes the FinOps LLM concept and related audit services. Any customer engagement requires a separate written agreement, statement of work, NDA, and data-processing terms where applicable.

Website content is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee savings, security certification, or provider pricing.

Use of this site

You may read, quote, and link to anything published here. Please attribute quotes and link back rather than republishing pages in full. Automated access is fine within the limits set in our robots.txt; scraping at a rate that degrades the site for other readers is not.

No advice, no guarantee

Everything on this site — research notes, benchmarks, calculators, and checklists — is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or engineering advice for your situation. Provider pricing, model behavior, and rate limits change frequently and without notice; figures shown here may be out of date by the time you read them. Verify anything cost-relevant against the provider's current published pricing and your own invoices before making a decision that depends on it.

Tools and calculators

The calculators on this site produce estimates from the inputs you provide. They do not account for retries, cache behavior, rate-limit backoff, discounts, or committed-use terms unless you enter those yourself, and they are not a quote. Nothing they output creates any obligation on either side.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer, and reading it creates no client relationship. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, data processing, and liability. Where those terms conflict with anything here, the signed agreement controls.

Third-party links and changes

Links to provider documentation and other external sites are offered for convenience; we do not control or endorse their content. These terms may be updated, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
